Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Zentrum Agents, provided by Zentrum Solutions of Karachi, Pakistan. By creating an account you agree to them.

What the service is

Zentrum Agents lets you build AI agents, connect them to third-party accounts you already hold, and put them on your website or behind an automation. You keep ownership of everything you put into it — your prompts, your documents and your conversations.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your team or your agents do. Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. You must confirm your email address before you can sign in.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to impersonate anybody.

Third-party accounts

When you connect an account — Google, Slack, GitHub or another — you authorise us to act on it as your agent instructs. We hold that authorisation only while you leave the connection in place, and you can revoke it at any time from the Connections page or from the provider. What your agent then does with that access is your responsibility.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller for your purchase. Paddle handles the payment, the invoice, and any sales tax or VAT due where you are.

Usage is metered in credits. Each plan grants credits when it renews; credits roll over and do not expire while your subscription is active. When your balance reaches zero your agents stop running until you add more — we would rather stop than send you an unexpected bill. See the refund policy for cancellation.

We may change prices with at least 30 days of notice by email. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

What we do not promise

AI models make mistakes. The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that an agent's output will be accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Check anything that matters before acting on it, and do not use an agent as the only control on a decision with legal, financial or safety consequences.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and parts of it depend on third parties — model providers, Composio, and the accounts you connect — whose availability is not ours to control.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can cancel at any time; see the refund policy for what happens then. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is being used to harm someone, or that we are required to close by law — and we will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.

After an account closes we keep your data for 30 days so it can be recovered if the closure was a mistake, then delete it. Ask us sooner and we will delete it sooner.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days ahead. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction — which does not remove any protection you have as a consumer where you live.
