Questions people actually ask

What is a credit? One credit is the smallest unit of usage. A typical support conversation — the agent reading your documents and writing a reply — costs about 20. A longer one with several tool calls costs more. Every charge is itemised in your account, with the tokens and tool calls that produced it.

What happens when I run out? Your agents stop answering until you add credits. Nothing is deleted, and you are never billed for more than your plan — we would rather stop than send you a surprise invoice.

Do unused credits expire? No. They roll over for as long as your subscription is active.

Can I cancel? Any time, from your settings. You keep everything until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund unused time — see the refund policy.

Who takes the payment? Paddle, as merchant of record. They handle the card, the invoice and any VAT or sales tax due where you are.
