Privacy policy

Zentrum Solutions of Karachi, Pakistan is the controller of the personal data described here. This explains what we hold, why, and who else it reaches.

What we collect

Account data — your name, email address and a hashed password. We never store a password in a form we can read.

What you put in — agent instructions, documents you upload to a knowledge base, and the conversations your agents have. If you connect a third-party account we hold the authorisation to use it, not your password for it.

Usage — which agents ran, how many tokens and tool calls they used, and what it cost. This is what your credit balance is calculated from.

Website visitors — if you embed the chat widget, we store the conversation and an anonymous visitor identifier so a returning visitor keeps their thread. It is not used to track anyone across other websites.

Why

To run the service you asked for, to bill you accurately, to keep the service secure, and to answer you when you contact support. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Who else sees it

Running this service means other companies process some of your data:

• OpenAI — the text of a conversation, to generate a reply and to index documents for search.
• Composio — the tool calls your agents make, and the authorisations for the accounts you connect.
• Paddle — your billing details. Paddle is the merchant of record and holds your payment information; we never see your card number.
• Our hosting and email providers — to run the servers and send transactional email such as verification and password resets.

These providers are outside Pakistan, so your data is processed abroad — mainly in the United States and the European Union.

How long we keep it

Your content stays while your account is open. After an account closes we keep it for 30 days so it can be recovered if the closure was a mistake, then delete it. Billing records are kept longer where tax law requires. Ask us to delete something sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to complain to your data protection authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Each workspace is isolated at the database level, so one customer's data cannot be read from another's account. Passwords are hashed, and the tokens that let your agents reach connected accounts are held by Composio rather than by us.

No system is perfect. If we discover a breach affecting your data we will tell you and the relevant authority as quickly as we can.

Cookies

The dashboard stores your sign-in token in your browser so you stay signed in. The chat widget stores an anonymous identifier so a returning visitor keeps their conversation. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on either.
